This late evening class preps you for deep sleep and a revitalized morning to follow. Each session begins with meditation and internally set intentions. We melt into postures held for 3 to 5 minutes while utilizing the breath, gravity and radical trust ~ to enter into a deepened sense of well-being, gratitude, delight and connection to the teacher within.

About Inherent Alchemy & Your Instructor:
In early childhood Tamara began receiving, practicing, utilizing and teaching this intuitively-granted life-force-energy work, now referred to as Inherent Alchemy. She‘s utilized the practice to heal herself of a couple broken vertebra without meds, surgery or pain killers in 2003, a 14 year bout of Brittle Diabetes by 2010, and of a life threatening illness by 2014.
She derives great inspiration from experiencing people in their full expression and LOVES passing on these powerful and practical, True-Whole-Self-Nature empowering and interconnecting tools.
